Registration before April 5, 2016 Includes Workshop, Lunches and Breaks and Social Events CDN $550.00
Registration after April 5, 2016 Includes Workshop, Lunches and Breaks and Social Events CDN $650.00
Social Events for no worshop attendee Includes Friday Welcoming Reception, Niagara Falls Visit and Dinner CDN $250.00

Registration Fees include entrance to sessions, lunch and coffee breaks. Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard or Amex when completing your registration. 
Registration is not official until registration fee has been paid.

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be received in writing to Carolina Castellanos ccastel@mcmaster.ca. Cancellation fees for registrations made before May 1st will be refunded, less a 25% administration fee. Cancellations made between May 2 and May 19 will be refunded less 50% of registration fee. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations received after May 19.

Note: All costs are in Canadian dollars and GST is included in all charges(#R199035988).
